Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Villa Tees gear. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

Defective or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Size: Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We encourage you to review our size guide before ordering to find your perfect fit.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we're unable to cancel.
